How our recruitment process works

Our HR Business Partner will call to discuss your background, skills, and what you’re looking for in your next role.
Step 2 - Interview & skill assessment
(60 min)
Our Team Leader will evaluate your experience, skills, tool knowledge, and your ability to understand and communicate complex issues.
Step 3 - Interview with team members
(60 min)
You’ll meet your future team members to assess compatibility and team dynamics.
Step 4 - Offer call (30 min)
Our HR Business Partner or the hiring manager will present the job offer and discuss the terms of employment.
