From February 24 to 26, the MAVOCO team gathered in the picturesque setting of Szklarska Poręba, Poland, for our annual team event. With colleagues joining from different locations across Europe, this was a valuable opportunity to connect, reflect, and strategize for the year ahead.
Following the themes of our past events— re:imagine, re:energize and re:organize—this year’s re:think focus underscored our commitment to continuous evolution and improvement. The focal point of the gathering was the second day, dedicated to an intensive workshop on our strategic direction and operational efficiency.
The workshop was kicked off by our CEO, Phat Huynh, who took us on a journey through the goals of the past three team events and the milestones we have successfully achieved. With a clear vision for 2025, he outlined our objectives for the coming year and expressed deep appreciation for the team’s dedication and contributions that have moved MAVOCO forward.
Following the CEO’s address, the leadership team led a series of insightful presentations covering critical strategic initiatives:
After a productive day of strategic discussions, the team shifted gears for some well-deserved relaxation and bonding. A lively quiz and engaging teambuilding activities brought laughter, strengthening bonds and reinforcing the importance of personal connections in our predominantly remote work environment.
With colleagues working across different locations, these annual gatherings play a crucial role in fostering team spirit and collaboration. Meeting face-to-face, exchanging ideas, and sharing memorable experiences strengthens the foundation upon which MAVOCO continues to grow.
As we move forward into 2025, we carry with us the insights, energy, and shared commitment from this event—ready to rethink, innovate, and achieve new milestones together.
